To ensure a smooth & successful notarization appointment, please have the following ready:
valid identification
All signers present must present a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. Name on the ID must match the documents being signed.

Documents should be fully filled out prior to the appointment. DO NOT sign or date anything until instructed by the notary.

To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, please complete the steps below prior to your session:
upload your documents
Please send your documents ahead of time so they can be electronically prepared for your session. You can upload them directly through our website OR e-mail your documents to colleen@notaryhausny.com. Documents should be fully filled out, but DO NOT sign or date anything in advance.
complete id verification
You will receive an e-mail invitation to join your session via BlueNotary. Before your appointment you can:
Log in using the link provided
Complete your ID verification and/or security questions
Completing these ahead of time helps your appointment start on-time and keeps everything running smoothly.
Be technology-ready
At the time of your appointment you’ll need:
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera & microphone
A strong internet connection
